Can you tell me what my dream means?????

What does it mean when you have a weird dream like this:

This morning, I had a dream that my boyfriend came into my work with a family friend of his, and because I work for the City, they asked for a Marriage Licence....!

So I had to issue a marriage licence for my boyfriend and our family frriend... they acted like nothing was wrong with it...???

And now I'm in the worst mood ever because of this dream. I'd like to also mention that my boyfriend and I have been together for 4.5 years and we are a little rocky right now.. but what does this dream mean????

maybe you're a little jealous of the family friend. And rocky parts in relationships have always provoked me to weird thoughts and of course bad dreams. But I think as long as you don't think he's cheating on you everything's good :)

Ok, this is a kind of dream you see sometimes in relationships that have reached a certain point.

The background is that a dream is the story of a certain part of you:  it's how that part of you sees what's going on.  The part of you that's having the dream is the part that's focused on work:  that might be literal work, or it might be your inner get-the-job-done part.

The girl represents you, the part of you that's looking to take your relationship to the next level.  The point-of-view part, worker-you, feels toward into-the-relationship-you as you do toward this girl:  basically good friends, not that close, maybe a little envious.

Now, what has happened?  Romance-you comes to worker-you for permission to get married to the boyfriend (=take things to the next level).  Worker you gives the permission, but feels left out in the cold.

The solution to this is real easy:  talk business with your boyfriend.  In our day, many of us feel awkward about talking finance and career matters over in our romances:  but it's an important part of planning the future.

That doesn't mean you plan a marriage, but sit down and look at the next year or so.  It'll set your mind at ease.

Dump him!... Only joking!  Sounds like you are anxious about your relationship...  Are you thinking in the back of your mind marriage might solve your 'rocky' patch?

Advice, book a weekend away somewhere, 4.5year relationship deserves a little time and attention in my mind...  Its amazing how quickly it can slip through your fingers if you let the rot set in...
