  1. I'm guessing you mean the abiotic origin of life and endosymbiotic origin of the Eukarya.

    First  says that life arose in a time with very different conditions than now prevail: a reducing atmosphere with little free oxygen and a great availability of energy sources to drive endothermic chemical reactions and others that are now very endergonic or unfavorable. This allowed the abiotic aggregation of lipid membranes, the synthesis of small organics that then polymerized into longer chains. Followed by the isolation of these organics into the lipid shells that could sustain specific chemical conditions at variance with their surroundings.

    The endosymbiotic theory is based on the idea of cellular communication driving evolution. The archaebacterial and eubacterial cells merged to become the first nucleated cell but this continued to occur and the many organelles such as mitochondria and chloroplast provide evidence that this process was repeated.
