Can you tell me what this dream means ?

I dreamed that my ex boyfriend who is now in another relationship gave me an expensive watch and he gave his current girlfriend a box of candy. I did not want the watch but he insisted that I take it I wondered why he gave it to me and not her. I took the watch and when I put it on my arm it fit perfectly but I could not figure out why he gave it to me and not her. Can U tell me what this means

It probably means that the impression you get of your ex and his new relationship is that it's very flirtatious and not serious at all.

The fact that he gave you the watch suggests that you think you have a stronger and more real relationship with him, whereas the candy for his new gf suggests that they aren't very serious about their relationship.
