Okay so i have seen pictures of people like 16 years old at these tables with this weird machine that has tubes coming off that go into your mouth. smoke come out of their mouth....this is probly a stupid questions but what is it?

they are probably smoking weed and its might be a mechanical bong, something like a 'Hukkah' used in India.

don't get influenced by them, whatever it is, its bad for ur health.
