I don't know all of them, but I recognize some of them:

SPAN 3/1 and 3/2 are third year Spanish language classes.

APEUROPE is an advanced placement class in European history

GEOM is geometry (math)

CHEM is chemistry (science)

DRIVEPE is a driver's ed course one semester and phys ed the next.

Health10-2 is a health class; think diet and nutrition class

PHOTO is a photography class; probably covers your arts requirement
