  1. because they like to have people blow their horn and flash high beams at them...

  2. They are either old or a woman!

  3. ... lack of knowledge or understanding of the term "passing lane"

  4. I wish I knew...

  5. Possible reasons;

-they are  retards trying to hold up the passing lane

-the left lane is often in better condition(due to reduced traffic)

-in heavy traffic it moves faster since no one is merging or changing lanes as much

-they are crazy drivers passing everyone

  6. Because the right lanes are in bad shape because of heavy truck traffic.

  7. They are cowered and has phobia they may cannot go back again to the left site ,,also in there brain one line they draw to reach there point which is in the left site they believe if they left it they will get problem to reach where they want!

  8. oh don't mess with those guys.

those guys don't want any buddy getting ahead of them in life or on the road.  those are the guys when something goes on sale, are camped out 2 nights before at the store.

they make reservations years in advance

and have their kids on the waiting list for university before they're even thought of.

so stay in the middle lane.

the right lane is for little old ladies to drive 5 mph and still take the wrong turn:)

  9. That lane is the ideal lane in England!

  10. Two reasons: One, they feel that nobody should go faster than them, and it's their duty to make sure of it.

Second, they don't have a clue as to which lane is which. They're completely oblivious to the line of traffic piling up behind, and probably can't understand why people are always tailgating them.

For the most part, they're easy to avoid. There's no point in getting worked up over it. I'll simply go around on the right at the first opportunity. When two or more lanes of traffic are moving in the same direction, passing on the right is perfectly legal. It's far safer than tailgating, and much better for your blood pressure.
