Can you tell me why spiderman 3 is slow?

I installed spiderman3,it is slow. I have AMD Athlon 64 x2 dual processor,3 GB RAM AND GeForce 6150 SE. Is it due to my processorr or graphics card?

Hi! You should defragment your drive and clean it! Also I think it's because your video card.  Here are some tools:
