  1. Well, I'm blind in one of my eyes and I don't think people would be able to tell I'm actually blind in that eye. Everyone just assumes I have a lazy eye, because it turns out a little bit.  I'm sure you would be able to tell someone was blind if you looked really carefully at them, maybe noticing that their eyes dont move or twitch like a normal eye would.


  2. Blind people usually don't look at you in the eye when they talk to you.

    Severe corneal scarring is easy to spot - the surface of the eye is all milky. Also severe ocular trauma is pretty obvious. Otherwise most types of blindness are not obviously visible externally.

  3. Someone particularly detailed in their observations would note that my pupils are sluggish to react, but cosmetically, my eyes both look 100% normal- a casual observer would not be able to tell at all.

  4. Some forms can be seen.

    Lack of eye movement,

    pupils unresponsive to changes in light,

    the clouding of the lens by cataracts,

    lack of eye movement,

    are observable sympotoms.
