I recall many many Junior fans not so long ago when Danica Patrick beat Junior to the first win this year claiming that her win really didn't count because she won on fuel strategy. Are you still claiming that today?

Yep and they should be. He didn't get to the 3rd place by accident . He wins a race and all of a sudden the haters wake up. This won't be his only win this year.  =o~}

I am not worried at all. No tears soaked pillow here.  Happy for a few of my favorites in the top 10.  Kyle B has nothing to worry about nor do his fans.

They are mad because they know he is in good equipment. He wasn't a real threat with DEI, but now that he is with HMS, LOOK OUT!! He got that losing streak out of the way, more wins are to come!!

Not sure who "they" are, and if it is the drivers or the non Jr. fans.

However, I bet they are not anymore worried than last week. Jr. is still 3rd in points, and some people feel that if this did not come down to a fuel mileage race, Vickers, Johnson, Kenseth, or Kahne would likely have won since Jr. was mostly a top 10 car all race long, as he has been the entire season.

No one should be worried anymore than any other time this season in my opinion.

No, I'm still fully confident Smoke will win the cup. Junior is stuck in third and will get no higher.

As for that weak fuel mileage remark. I point you to the fact that a lot of these races are becoming fuel mileage races. It brings a little something known as STRATEGY.

It takes more than just a fast car to be a winner.

The threat started way before this.  He's had such consistent finishes this year and hasn't moved in the NASCAR standings in I don't know how long.  That would've scared me as a driver way before today.
