Can you tell what has been done to a photo with Photoshop just by looking at it's properties?

For instance, someone says to post a picture with no photoshopping other than resizing and someone tries to get away with enhancing the colors through the histogram. Is there a way to just download the pic and look at it's history?

  1. all the properties will tell you is the date it was created the size and the name of the file  


  2. Only if the file is a PSD.

  3. No, sorry, not unless it's a .psd and even then it would be really hard.

  4. You can only do this if the picture file is in PSD format. If the picture was saved in JPEG or GIF, then there's no way to know what's been done to it.
