Can you test for marijuana through blood tests?

If you were getting blood taken, to be analyzed (checking a thyroid gland) and you smoked marijuana, can they use that for the drug test? Is the only way to test for marijuana use through urine?

Sure ! it is the most quickest way because through your blood is related to D.N.A. that one thing you  cant change about your identity.So this kind of drug cant hide

yes blood test are actually the most accurate way to test for THC.

But if they are looking at your thyroid and find THC, they might mention it to you, but they aren't going to tell anyone else or you could sue the h**l out of them.
