India. Theyve got 1.2 billion people and only 3 medals (1 gold and 2 bronze)

Jamaica, a country far poorer and a population of 2.8 million, is doing far better than India (they are in the top 10 now).

    The games should be held in Ireland.  It would bind the North with the Republic.  The stadiums would all be built in 3 weeks (with overtime), and they could sure use the work.  The locals could all go to England or America to visit their relations - and rent their houses out to competitors.  Holy Hour - courtesy of the Pope - could be suspended under a special dispensation.  And the Gardi could be trained to recognise drunken athletes that needed to be taken to the stadium.  Out-of-work teachers could teach foreign nationals the cultural finesse of the words to 'McGuinties Goat' or tell them what Danny Boy (Derry Air) is all about.

     They could have 'Nuttin the Shot' and 'Catching the Javelin'.

              The athletes would be too busy serving beer to all the other competitors to win any medals.  But do you reckon they really care?

It's all about the craic - which most countries don't understand.

      And Yes, I am taking the mick out of the Irish a bit.  I will probably get a violation notice.  I know they can take it.  I even married one!  Love 'em to bits.

             (I have had a tattoo 'Dublin Olympics 2016'.  But I had it on my bum in case my cause is a lost one).

Um, probably Malaysia and India. Though they are likely to get one or two medals, not absolutely none.
