Can you think of a heading for this?

Question

I have a section in my questionnaire which asks participants about WHO they are attending the festival with... what can I put as a label heading for the findings? The only word I could think of is "company", but is there a better word for it?

If you use the word COMPANY might people think you mean the name of the firm they work for?
