  1. Washington State, British Columbia and Southern and Southeastern Alaska spring to mind.  There's also Maine, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.

    Also, though it's not truly ocean, lots of the shorelines of lakes Michigan, Huron and Superior are forested and are spectacularly beautiful.  The water's also very clean in most areas and you don't have to worry about sharks or jellyfish.  Traverse City, Michigan is in particular flanked by many gorgeous beaches with forested backdrops and most beaches are swimmable at least a couple of months each Summer.
