There are so many possibilities.  Such as scheming to get another person's job. Turning someone in to the authorities on the basis of confidential information you were given.  Telling a person lies for your own advantage.  Writing a book in which you reveal secrets about a person who trusted you.  Going to the press with information about someone which you know because you were in a position of trust, simply in order to make money. Stealing another person's work and passing it off as your own.

One of my first crushes once turned to me in the lunch line and told me off.  That was how I found out my friend had told him my feelings.   Betraying a confidence--there's an easy trust breaker.  Another way to do this is to read your friend's diary without permission.  Lying is a big one for me--I hate being lied to and I confess I don't take it well.  I'd much rather hear brutal honesty than a softer lie.
