From a philosophy viewpoint, take a rose.

My philosophy prof in college argued that a rose is OBJECTIVE in it's beauty. That it would be beautiful regardless if a human were around to observe it. Likewise, a rose is SUBJECTIVEly beautiful because humans have deemed it so.

I couldn't wrap my head around that one because I think beauty is subjective PERIOD.
