Can you think of games to play in a small garden for kids?

Question

It is a fenced in front garden and they keep kicking balls over the fence so I am looking for some different ideas.

8 yr old boy and 4 yr old girl.

if u'll be supervising them try Simeon says, 1-2-3 red light..ect.

Get them junior sized gardening tools and teach them weeding at first, planting 2nd etc. Make it fun.

Buy them some toys for the garden.

Bubbles. Get them a variety of different bubble shapers.. Have fun. Also -- set up a small 8x10 baking pan with water, another same size with sand. Have spoons & forks [plastic] to shape the sand.
