Popocatepetl the one that is active, no, you can't get near the top, but you can go the the towns near it: Atlixco, Atlimeyaya.

Iztacihuatl (the sleeping lady) the one next to it, you can go the the towns surrounding it.

Malinche or Malintzi, yes you can go and stay at some cabins.

Cuexcomate, the smallest volcano of the world, yes it's inside the city, but sadly is not really well kept.

Pico de Orizaba, which is between the states of Puebla and Veracruz, I'm not sure.
