Can you trade your ipod nano for an ipod touch at a store

i have an i pod nano and i watch movies on it. impossible to see the movie so i thought i would get an ipod touch sence it has a bigger screen and i goes on the internet. i thought i could tradde it in because one of my friends traded in his WII for a PSP then his PSP in for a PS2.

  2. you can only return the nano if it is within 30 days of purchase...and yes you will have to pay the difference in the amount because the iPod touch is more expensive.  Otherwise you will have to sell it on ebay or craigs or to a friend and then buy a new iPod touch.

    And since ipod touches are more expensive, you'd definitely have to pay the difference between the two.

    Even then, I'm not sure.

    Are you sure your friend didn't go through GameStop or a similiar place? Their stores for videogames and consoles that specifically are made to trade things in for money, then you can buy used ones.
