Can you train yourself to learn telekinesis?

Some people will tell you that you can train yourself to learn telekinesis.  You just have to have that psychic ability to do so.  Some people are born with the ability to learn telekinesis I guess.

You can certainly try. There are sites on the net which purport to help people achieve this ability, but unfortunately to date nobody has ever been confirmed to be able to demonstrate any macro-PK abilities (the ability to physically move discrete objects) under controlled conditions (conditions where chance, cheating, deception or illusion can be reliably eliminated as explanations). Note, that's not proof it can't happen. But it is a little discouraging. Still there's no harm in trying. Best of luck.

Some people think you can.

However, there is no yet accepted mechanism (or any real good testable theories) for how telekinesis (now called psychokinesis in the scientific literature) might actually work. So, it's a little like training for an Olympic event without knowing which event your expected to compete in.

Yes.  One simple way to get started is to get a bowl of water, put it in front of you on a table, and practice making the water ripple with your mind.  Here's a secret:  picture the water already rippling.  You can do the same with a pencil on the table.  Practice making it roll.  Do not use some kind of 'mental force' to push it - the secret to any kind of 'magic' is to believe it is already happening.  Good luck.

I guess if you could become best friends with a poltergeist...it would teach you how to do it. Maybe the people who do this (if it's real) aren't really doing it themselves. Maybe it's a spirit doing it and they just think it's themselves.

Edit. I think you might could do this if you...ham ..hamisgood..and Ozzie all tried it at the time time...maybe as one person!!!
