Can you transfer music to your iPod if your pc is not connected to the internet?

only one of the pcs in my house are connected to the internet and not the one that has my iTunes account on it. Can i still add music from cd's to my iTunes and transfer the music to the iPod without being connected to the internet?

Yes.  Just ripp the cd to your music folder, but you will need itunes on the computer that u hook your ipod to.
