Can you translate the British Slang as seen on Family guy?

Question

There is a scene from The Family Guy Episode "Patriot Games" where two British actors are speaking in slang. While Meg and Lois are looking completely dumbfounded, Chris claps his hands and says with a British accent "She rogered the boogley!" <--what does that..and the rest of the dialogue mean?

and this is the dialogue betwixt the two actors:

man: "cramsat on the bingum with the gam gum."

woman: "treaches on the upper with the trang sang.....CROPPERS TO YOU, YOU CRANG SANG LOVER!"

by the way..the theater marquee says that the play is entitled "up the bumpers" so if you could translate that too, i'd be grateful.

Family Guy is great isn&#039;t it?  It makes fun of everything and everyone with no bias to anything specific.

to roger the boogley....means to &quot;raise the flag on a ship to the disgusting thing&quot; wink wink, ie to boink the ugly guy

cramsat on the bingum with the gam gum is a fake phrase that exists only in the comedic minds of those that understand the humor.  It makes reference to g*y love with the disgusting habbit of using a tool with jelly.

treaches on the upper with the trang sang...is another made up phrase that vaguely makes reference to how you might have to hide in the bushes of the upper side of the river to do the act of &quot;crang sanging&quot; or g*y love with the tool.

croppers to you, you crang sang lover...is weird but it can be understood with yet another dose of in your face comedy.  Maybe good job, you go guy, you devilishly clever man you.

and the theatre marquee that says up the bumpers is the title of the movie that helps explain the whole content of the play they are watching.  Up the bumpers means ...umm...up yours!  as a bumper is the front and rear of a car, much like the butt of a person.

I am British, Scottish to be specific, and in my opinion most of this is just nonsense dialogue. I think the writers are trying to show how different and difficult English accents sound to Americans therefore they have just written incomprehensible nonsense. Chris shouts out She rogered the boogley... This means she had s*x with the boogley- I have no idea what or who the boogley is.  Not a word I have ever heard but slang can be very localised in the United Kingdom. It could be another nonsense word of course.
