Can you translate this? (chinese)?

In this video this person is speaking some chinese, but what exactly is she saying? Its a youtube video, you can skip to the part which is from 2:43 to 2:54.

That didn't sound like Mandarin or Cantonese Chinese, nor any the rest that was subtitled as chinese. I would know because i speak both.

It is a possibility that they aren't speaking chinese, or rather fractured chinese that a native speaker cannot follow.

This is definitely not any main form of Chinese dialect (ie shanghai/cantonese/hokkiean) or Mandarin that I know. Either she's speaking in gibberish or some rare forms of Chinese dialects.
