Can you trust the bbb report on a business?

I use the BBB to check out companies all the time.  I've found their reports to be fairly reliable.  I've also reported businesses to the BBB and it has resulted in a positive solution in all but one case.  I am currently thinking about reporting another company to the BBB, but I have to wait and see if that company resolves the issue on it's own first.  That company told me they needed more time to decide how to address my concerns.

Yes, they offer any objecticve complaints on a business so you can make an informed decision.  Also use D&B if applicable.
