  1. First you must fly runway heading  to safety height?...and it depends on whether you are under air traffic control or not?...

  2. In terms of the airplane itself, yes.  After you have achieved climb speed, you can maneuver the airplane as you wish within the technical limits of the airplane.

If you are under the control of Air Traffic Control (for example, departure control at a Stage III airport) you must fly as they instruct you to do.  You turn where and when they tell you to.

So it depends.  In a small airplane at an uncontrolled field, you can do anything the airplane will do.  In more sophisticated flight environments, you are limited by regulations and ATC instructions.

  3. There are certain things u can do but making a left or right hand turn is not gonna happen. Using centrifugal motions you can rev your wheel or stop them in mid air to level off a car or point it however you want the front end to face as far as up or down. There is a whole science behind it and not knowing whether you have a a rwd or awd vehicle i couldnt give you pointers...but google it, theres alot of info out there.

  4. Private Pilot

When you take off, you are to fly straight and steady until yo achieve an altitude that is safe to make a maneuver.  Safe means that  if something goes wrong with the maneuver, you have enough altitude or speed to make a safe landing.  Usually when you take off, you need to be about 700 feet above actual ground level before attempting any changes in the planes attitude.  Hope this helps

  5. You can. Depending on the type of flight

and conditions, it might be against regulations,

    (in controlled airspace eg.).

  6. Of course... you can reset the bearing of any aircraft... there may be some initial resistance to the change of bearings, caused by

vagaries of wind and such, but you can fly as freely as you want.

Ever watch a stunt pilot? It's all about turning every wehich way you want. Though you do have to know the limitations, so as not to stall or become otherwise aerodynamically unstable.
