Can you turn blind if you use the computer and play video games a lot?

I've experienced my vision becoming very bad from the use of (maybe you could call it excessive) computer and video games.

It's a good way to diminish  the health of your eyes. Your eyes are already beginning to lose their ability to focus, and this is never a good thing. Perhaps switching to something more educational would benefit you more in the long run.

You could be suffering from eye fatigue and dryness but your vision won't get worse from strain. The muscles in the back of your eyes will just wear out faster.

I wouldn't say it would blind you under normal circumstances but it could impair your ability to see as well as possible.  I know it's hard but if it's at all possible you should try to cut back on how much screen viewing time you do.

my eye sight are really bad now.

if i were you dont watch tv or play games late at night, thats more wrost
