Can you turn cash into a debit card?

like if i have money and use it as a debit card so i can buy things off line with out getting a bill.

Yes, open a bank account. There are free checking accounts so it wont cost you any money. It is good to start learning how to handle your finances anyway. Get your mom or dad to help. Tell them you want to learn how to handle your finances. If they wont, just go to any bank and the people will tell you what you need to do, they are always really nice and helpful.

Anyway, once you open an account, you can deposite your money and use your 'check card' aka 'debit card' to buy things online.

You have to be careful not to spend more than you have in the bank though, because the fees for that can add up quick.
