Can you turn in your past unused community service hours for a court order?

It's from two years ago and i never turned it into school.

  1. No, not legally. The court order is for community service to be done *now*.


  2. if you had recieved the probation/comm service order after you had done these hours,

    probably not,

    if you had done those hours prior to getting into trouble,

    the judge would would think you were trying to make a mockery out of the courts,  

    it is expected that you preform these hours for a crime you committed,

    not because you chose to do it previously.

    what the courts expect,

    is that you will do the hours,

    as a retribution to the public,

    for the crime you did,

    and of course,

    these hours should/have to be done after the sentence was handed down.

    it's not too bad if you find a place that you would like to do the hours..
