Can you turn off 'reminders' in Wii sports?

Like those really annoying reminders telling you to wear the wrist strap, use the remote jacket, ect?

Nope.  You can't turn them off.  It's just a safety message.  If the reminders weren't there, then people probably would forget to wear the strap and end up throwing the Wii remote into the TV.

Unfortunately not. Nintendo insists on keeping their clients safe, and that way if you accidentally throw your wii remote through the tv, you can't complain to Nintendo because they will say they gave you fair warning. Sorry to break it to you, my friend.
