Can you turn on the direction lights on a car in Grand Theft Auto 4?

I want to know how to turn on the direction lights if possible. You know, the yellow lights that show you what direction your going. I'm asking this because Grand Theft Auto 4 is supposed to be realistic, right?

no you can't  but you can turn the lights on by hold x on 360, and if its suppost to be realistic, why the h**l would you run around killing people lol
