I have all of the materials and a solid understanding, but is it ok to tutor a child if I'm not officially certified? I would be interested in any feedback. Thanks!

  1. you certainly can use it as a tool but you may not advertised that you are a certified Wilson teacher...

  2. Certification is for active teachers in "normally" public schools.  There is no requirement for a "tutor" to be "certified", but certainly it bolsters your earning power by being certified.  You may certainly use any education material you wish in your role as a tutor, and certainly the owners of Wilson Language won't be offended.  I agree, you can not advertise that you are a "Certified Wilson Language Tutor".
