Can you un-favourite on youtube?

My sister favourited a video I dont like..is there any way to do undo that?

Yeah you click un-favorite, or you can go to your profile and go to your favorites and delete it.

while signed in on the Youtube's homepage scroll all the way to the end of the page.

at the end of the page under "Your Account" click favorites

click remove for the video(s) you want to remove?

it may take a few minutes to completely remove the video from your favorites.

Yes go on to the video and click favourite (when already a favourite) this will remove it.
