Can you unlock a border collie on Nintendogs ?

because my friend told me that you could and i asked to see her Nintendogs it and she would not show me.

You  can't

go to this website and click on the version your friend is playing, then click hints & cheats. You will then see no border collie in the unlockable section! You can double-check. http://www.gamespot.com/search.html?qs=n...

P.S. In fact you can't see border collie in any version of nintendogs.
