Can you unlock the T-mobile dash to work for Metro PCS?

my dad wants to change from T-Mobile, to Metro PCS. I have the Dash from T-mobile and I still want to use it because I just got it..... so I want to know if I can unlock my phone to use with Metro PCS

IONO WAT TO TELL U BUT NAH U CANT U GOTA USE THE PHONES METRO GOT TO USE METRO THATS WAT I DONT UNDASTAND BOUT METRO IF THEY LET PEOPLE USE ANYFONE THEY WANT LIKE HAVE A SIM CARD METRO WILL HAVE HELLA MONEY BUT NAH U GOTA USE ONE OF THEY FONES AN THE BEST ONE COST 279 ALL DA OTHA ONES IS GON BREAK!!
