  1. What specific internal parasite medication are you using?  Are you using Maracyn or Maracyn 2?  Does your fish have both an internal parasite and a bacterial infection, or are you just using both because you're unsure?  Many internal parasite medications are metronidazole based, and this would be safe to use in conjunction with Maracyn (either 1 or 2).  With any other active ingredients, I would be very cautious, and probably deal with the more severe infection first.


  2. Be very careful if you do, and make sure to do the proper water changes and follow directions. 2 meds is hard on them.
