Can you use Asiago cheese in pasta?

I haven't heard to much about the use of this particular cheese, and I am making spaghetti tonight so i'm wondering if it can be used like Parmesan.

  4. its a little softer than parmesan, but is very close... i love it shredded with a microplane on pasta, salads, etc.
