I was just cleaning out my fridge and burned my hand on the bulb inside the fridge. I know that CFL's burn cooler so it seems to make sense... But what about condensation, temperature, and wattage?

  1. The bulbs used in appliances are usually about 15 watts and the bulb itself is made a lot smaller so that it will fit in the space provided. I havent heard of any cfl made to fit in the small space. But agin I haven't looked at either of the big box stores lately If it fits in the socket then it should work just fine
