Can you use Certificates of Credible Coverage from two previous employers?

We had insurance at one employer for 7 months, and 4.5 months with the other with only a 61 day break between them. The new company has a 12 month pre-existing period. Can these two certifcates both be submitted to effectively get the entire 12 months credited to us?
