I've always worn turf football boots on astro turf. I'm thinking of buying boots with plastic moulds. Would HG (hard ground) football boots be ok on astro turf.

I'm thinking of this one, you think it will be ok, i'm not too sure.

  1. Yes you can but not if they have metal studs because that rips the surface of the pitch

  2. not realyy   if youve got suitabla trainers they are the best option

  3. you can use plastic/moulded studs/blades but using them on the astro can be risky because it is easier to go over your ankle using them. you do get better grip though!

  4. Yeah they're fine i think its metal blades and studs you can't use. You can use plastic ones like them.
