I just moved to china, but I have all these surge suppressors from the US. Can I use them with my PCs? Do they just need a different fuse?

  1. No, you're going to need a power converter.

Smartest thing I recommend is to buy a AC to DC converter, then daisychain a car battery, then a DC to AC coverter (american RMS).

Now you have a surge protector, and backup incase the power goes out.
