Yes, you can.  The Card gets you on the internet which that's all the Xbox is looking for.  However it also depends on what speed you're picking up that would be compatible with Xbox.  If you are in an EVDO area you can but if you are in a 1RXTT area with lower broadband speeds it probably won't work so well. EVDO is just about everywhere so you should be okay.
