actually ya but it doesnt really make a difference.

you can use a Wii Wheel in any game that just uses the Wii remote by itself.  the Wii Wheel actually doesn't really do anything.

but you can't use it in Super Mario Galaxy because that game requires the Nunchuck attachment, and you can't plug that in if your remote is in the Wii Wheel.
