  1. As long as your camcorder can stream via USB, you have a webcam!! If you don't have a manual, check with the manufacturers support site for further instructions.


  2. yes, plug the video out on the camcorder into your computer video in on your video capture card or adaptor.  If you dont have one, by a cheap video capture card/adaptor
