Probably you can if it is a Visa or similar card.  Ask your bank to be sure before you travel.  If you are already in Greece just try it and find out.

Yes, everywhere if it is Visa or Mastercard. Some other cards can be used but you may be limited as to where it will be accepted.

You shouldn't have a problem.  Just look for the Maestro or Cirrus sign on the ATM (cash machine/guichet whatever you want to call it!) and make sure it corresponds to that which is on your card.
