Can you use a coffee machine to make iced latte or do you have to use a espresso machine?

You can just make a little bit of very strong coffee, pour it over ice, then pour in milk.  I do that all the time.  It's not quite as good as espresso latte, but it's good enough (and saves a bundle of money!)
