  1. Yes, you can, as long as it's a compatible card type.

But, after you put the card in the other camera, make sure you format it first. Formatting DELETES ALL images/files from the card...so make sure you have first transferred all files to your computer.

Format the card again when you put it back in the other camera...

  2. yes, as long as its the same type needed in the new camera.

  3. As long as its the same memory card needed yes

  4. Memory Sticks only work on Sony products

xD cards only work on Olympus and some Fujufilm cameras

SD / SDHC cards work on all the rest of the compact digital cameras (P&S).

CF cards work on most DSLR's although some of the entry level DSLR's use SD / SDHC cards.

  5. Yes

  6. As long as it is compatible of course.

  7. only if they are the same make. otherwise some cameras you can get memory card adaptors where you put that card into a stcik thats shaped like your memory card so it will fit in your camera!

  8. It depends on whether or not it is compatible. I believe there are only two types of cards, so chances are, if it fits, it'll work.

Just try taking out the old one and putting it in the new camera.
