  1. The stock spare tire/wheel would be OK for a very short distance, but it could could cause steering and tranny problems. It is more important that the spare tire/wheel be of the SAME HEIGHT as the tires that are on the vehicle, than any other dimension. You may be able to buy a tire that can be mounted on the stock spare wheel that is of the same (or similar) overall height as the tires that you currently have on the truck.

  2. you need to purchase a used match to your tires and carry it in the bed or? 1st off the truck may not even set down on the tire! second the ratio will put a strain on the bearings etc  you can usually drive on a tire with less than an inch difference but 3 or 4 no way.

  3. it would work as long as you don't have positraction because if you used it with the posi it would tear the gears apart, one wheel would be trying to turn a lot faster than the other wheel.

  4. shouldn't drive far, will s***w up your diff!

  5. it would but you should only drive very very short distance, you can

ruin your front or rear differential, especially if they are limited slip differentials. ive seen these kind of problems at my work..
