the England-wide senior citizens Freedom Pass is only valid on buses ... unless you have a Freedom Pass local to Blackpool, then maybe it might cover the tram ... for instance I have a Freedom Pass for London and I get free travel on the tube, trams and buses ... but if someone from Blackpool with a Freedom Pass came down to London, they would only get the buses, not the others
