Can you use a t-shirt transfer on poker felt?

i want to add a personalized logo to a new poker table i am building. i was going to use an iron-on t-shirt transfer, but now i am worried it wont work, does any one have any idea, or done it before?

  1. I've honestly never tried this.  

    However, you could run a test case:  get a 12" square of craft felt from an arts and crafts store and try it first.  That way you'd at least know if it'll mess up the felt or not and what the finished product will look like.  


  2. I have done this using adhesive backed felt I bought at the store and it worked very well. The logo I used was a Michigan State Sparty on a table top. It ironed on easily. I used a very hot iron with a lot of pressure and did it as fast as I could to avoid too much bleeding.

    The felt took the transfer with little bleeding and it looked great.
