I just received my temporary license until my new one comes in the mail. It does have my picture, signature, description, age..etc...just not the real official deal. And of course, the RMV took my old one.

My question is, well this be okay for the airport security? I also have a work id card w/ picture and name that I could show as well. If anyone has had experience with this, I'd appreciate the feedback! :) Thanks!

  1. To make the passage of airport secutiy go quickly, each adult traveler needs an airline boarding pass and government-issued photo ID.   Do you have any other type of government (local, state, or Federal) issued ID.

You still may get through, but you should expect additional time and questioning.

Go to the site below and you will be given specific examples of acceptable ID.  (much easier than having me copy and paste!)

    Good Luck!
